We apply Magnesium hydroxide Mg(OH)2 as the main Fire Resistant materials, which is Halogen Free, it doesn't happen Dioxin Gas in case of fire. Only the fire temperature reach 330º C, the react equation as: Mg(OH)2 = MGO+H2O, after the reaction, the water (H2O) will cool the middle plastic core of the panel and mextallic oxide. MGO has the function of Fire Proof and Flame Resistance. Which can reduce and avoid the Toxic Gas, beside, Mg(OH)2 can prolong the time of the materials burning time. So it will decrease the quantity and the speed of smoke and flame. So Fire Resistant Aluminum Composite Panel own perfect fire reistance or fire proof features. The fire resistance have passed the test with excellent results according to the Standard BS476 Part 6 & Part 7 with Grade- Class 1.
